Bookings can be made through our online booking system or directly with Precious Ride.

A booking is confirmed once the required information has been received and Precious Ride has confirmed the booking.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

Prices depend on the route, vehicle, number of passengers and journey requirements.

Where a fixed price is displayed, the applicable price will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Additional charges may apply for services or requirements outside the original booking.

Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

For cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time, charges may apply.

Customers should contact Precious Ride as soon as possible if they need to cancel or modify a booking.

For airport pickups, customers should provide accurate flight information where requested.

Precious Ride may monitor flight information and coordinate pickup according to updated arrival information.

Complimentary waiting time may be provided for airport and train-station pickups according to the booking conditions.

Additional waiting charges may apply after the included waiting period has expired.

Customers must select a vehicle suitable for their number of passengers and luggage.

Precious Ride cannot guarantee transportation where passenger or luggage requirements exceed the stated capacity of the selected vehicle.

Child seats are available on request.

Customers should provide the child’s requirements when making their booking.

Precious Ride can arrange special requests, including birthday surprises during the journey, subject to availability.

Additional charges apply.

Customers should contact us in advance to discuss their requirements.

Depending on the booking arrangement, Precious Ride accepts:

Passengers must behave respectfully toward the chauffeur and vehicle.

Customers may be responsible for costs resulting from damage caused by intentional or inappropriate behaviour.

Precious Ride will make reasonable efforts to provide the vehicle and chauffeur confirmed for the booking.

If circumstances outside our reasonable control require a change, Precious Ride may provide a suitable alternative.

Customers should be ready at the agreed pickup time.

Additional waiting charges may apply once the complimentary waiting period has expired.

Precious Ride will not be responsible for delays or inability to provide the service caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including exceptional traffic, severe weather, road closures, government restrictions or other unforeseen circumstances.

Any complaint regarding a journey should be communicated to Precious Ride as soon as reasonably possible.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable French law.

Precious Ride may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. The latest version will be published on this website.
